As the Creative Services Director at Step Change, Bec’s not just solving problems. She’s paving the way for innovation and efficiency.

With a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications and a background in Fine Arts, Bec’s unexpected journey into marketing began while working in fine dining at Brisbane's casino. A leap into promotional marketing ignited a passion that led to a diverse career across B2B and B2C sectors in Australia and internationally. Since then, she’s led global marketing teams, launched campaigns, and rubbed shoulders with some of the world’s biggest brands like Nike, Amazon, and Netflix.

No two days are the same in her role at Step Change. As she steers the creative ship, Bec focuses on improving efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring everyone gets what they need. Known for her fresh perspective, problem-solving, and leadership, she has a knack for seeing the bigger picture and balancing present needs with future goals.

Beyond work, Bec draws inspiration from the people around her and enjoys a mix of French/Spanish rap, RnB, and UK grime. Her hobbies include yoga, coastal walks, and creative pursuits like pottery and painting. With Step Change, she’s excited to see the impact of her projects on workflow and efficiency and is always ready to whip up new solutions.
