With over two decades of customer service and team management experience across many industries, Noel brings a broad range of skills to the table to help drive our clients towards success.

Born in the Philippines, raised in Africa, schooled in Australia, and now back in his hometown of Cebu, Noel has taken the scenic route through life and stopped to smell the roses many times along the way.

It took a while for him to find his way home to Step Change, but we think it was worth the wait. With his expertise in project management, analytics, design & development, and all things marketing, our clients are in good hands

As a silver medallist at the South East Asian Games for Rugby Union, Noel continues to coach grassroots rugby to underprivileged kids in his spare time. This passion for sharing knowledge and giving back extends to his professional life, and he has been instrumental in nurturing the Odd Pod into one of our top-performing teams.
